Overview: The Hope for North Texas Administrative Coordinator is a full-time position that will work to help coordinate and organize the efforts and outreaches of HFNT.  Working closely with the Director & Volunteer Coordinators, the Administrative Coordinator will provide a point of contact for all individuals interacting with HFNT.  They will help to coordinate and communicate with outreach teams and volunteers as well as help with day-to-day administrative functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Assist in outreach coordination. Help with follow-up, communication with teams, maintaining team budgets, tracking hours and keeping logs up to date.

-Serve as a constant presence in the office, as well as the initial point of contact for all new volunteers, including basic clerical duties.

-Maintain and update the website with current events, opportunities, and the most up-to-date information.

-Oversight of the monthly newsletter and other creative writing pieces, including oversight of the blog, twitter account and facebook fan page.

-Ensuring volunteer profiles are up to date and maintained.

-Assisting in running of reports and keeping the team up to date on progress.

Requirements:

Undergraduate Degree in related field or 2 years administrative experience.

Experience with project and event management and strong administrative skills is preferred.
